Secure deliveries

In order for you as a customer to feel as confident as possible, we have developed our own IT system that prevents misdelivery. In addition, we check all packages before delivery and compare to the weight in our database, this also makes our freight forwarders. By this we have eliminated almost all sources of error so that the right goods arrive at you as a customer.

Secure payment system

We have set the goal that you will feel safe when shopping with us. Therefore, we have chosen only the payment systems we have found to have the highest level of security for the customer. You may not have all the options, but you have all the safest. You can choose to pay as follows: - Pay by card. VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, DK-Dankort, Visa-Dankort, and Post-advance (80: - SEK) (Applicable to our Swedish customers for unpaid postal charges are charged SEK 250

Our customers in Finland and Denmark pay online with cards. VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, DK-Dankort, Visa-Dankort.

We protect you against fraud When paying by invoice, instalment and cash on Delivery is always sent the package directly to your nearest post agent. In order to protect you as a customer we have a policy to report all the scams to the police.

Payment with Payson

Prices and VAT

All prices are quoted including Swedish VAT. This means books have a surcharge of 6% VAT while clothing and other accessories have 25% surcharge. If the VAT is changed, we reserve the right to change our prices at the corresponding VAT rate.

Guarantee

When you buy as an individual always applies the consumer sales act, which gives you 3 years of warranty. For an error shall be covered by the warranty, it should be original, i.e. that it has been in the product from the very beginning. When a complaint is what you as a consumer to demonstrate and make it likely that the defect existed in the product from the very beginning. If in the unlikely event an error occurs in your product, we will help you to get this fixed.

Hereby we would like to alert you that, software defects, water/liquid damage, external damage, and another form of operator error is not covered by the warranty/claim according to the consumer. If the error is outside the limits of the law, or in case of refusal of the quote, it can apply a charge for shipping and examination.

Replacement and withdrawal

You always have at least the bytes and ångerregler that exist in the current legislation. Exchanges and buybacks must be made within 14 days from you received the goods. You can always open the outer packaging to check the goods. Goods sent back must be unused. At byte, we send out your new to be when the return is received by us. Complaints

Shipping Conditions

Vapor Store, send with DHL within Sweden at a cost of 49:- SEK traceable all the way to the service point.

Vapor Store send with Postnord 49:-(Free shipping on orders over 500 sek within sweden) SEK.

Vapor Store sends in the mail to Finland, Norway and Denmark, with a fixed delivery price, with 89:- SEK.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 1 - 3 working days depending on where the delivery shall be sent within Sweden. For larger campaigns, it may take longer for you to receive your package.

The Normal delivery time to Finland, Norway and Denmark is 4-5 working days.For larger campaigns, it may take longer for you to receive your package.

Our aim is that orders received by us before 16: 00 pm Swedish time on weekdays will be sent out the same day.
